A new French-speaking centre in Callas (Var, south of France)

Rinpoché has chosen to settle the French Gomdé in a quite charming property in southern France, one hour distance from the international airport of NICE and less then 30 minutes driving from the TGV (fast train) station of LES ARCS.

A preliminary sales agreement was signed under the suspensive condition of getting a building permit and financing.

Here are some more details about the property: situated on a wooded hill at an altitude of 330 m south of the village of Callas, on a 16,000 m2 (4 acres) land, with olive trees, a lemon tree and even a wine plant and a nice swimming pool! The French riviera (St-Raphael) is about 25 Km southward.

The main house can accomodate Rinpoche and attendants, and there is an annex which can be renewed to install rooms, bathroom and a kitchen for the participants of seminars.

It is possible to build on part of the land and at Rinpoche's request an application for a building permit has been made in order to construct a 150m2 hall with basement.
