The Rangjung Yeshé Gomdé association gathers French-speaking students of Venerable Chökyi Nyima Rinpoché et other Lamas associated with the Chokling Tersar spiritual lineage.

The aim of the association is to organise and publish teachings of these Lamas in France, Swiss, Belgium, and ultimately create a place for study and practice in France.

Chökyi Nyima Rinpoché came to teach each year since 2002, and was in particular invited by several other buddhist centers (Karma Ling, Kagyu Dzong, Lérab Ling).

The Rangjung Yeshe Institute is pleased to announce the launch of its Online Buddhist Studies program -making authentic Buddhist teachings available to anyone, anywhere- from website at www.shedra.org/moodle.

The inaugural course provides students with traditional teachings on Nāgārjuna’s Knowledge—Root of the Middle Way (Mūlamadhyamakakārikā); perhaps the most important Buddhist philosophical scripture of the Indian tradition. Additional lectures and discussion groups provide a broader historical and cultural context for assimilating the teachings in today’s world.
